Moore and Nox Mock Draft

Pick 1: Memphis Pharaohs
Larry Moore: David Erickson - WR
Here you have a kid who puts in the work to succeed. This is the guy you want come crunch time. He will make the catch when you need it. Will dodge tacklers after the catch. Jim Nox: David Erickson - WR
Raised to know the value of hard work. He has nice soft hands, comes down with balls most others would not. Makes defenders miss. Maintains his balance after the catch. Pick 5: Nova Scotia Vikings
Larry Moore: Steven Goulet - DE
He plays well with others. He understands there is a reason for each assignment on every play. Will not have to come off the field for in obvious passing situations. Has enough quickness to pressure Quarterbacks off the edge. Bright kid, reacts well on the field. Fans, coaches, and teammates alike will be ecstatic to get him on the team. He fits what they need, he is such a great talent. Everything lines up.

Pick 6: Seattle Totems
Larry Moore: Isaias Douglass - FS
This is a player who takes the lead. In addition to his own role, this kid doubles as glue. He makes everyone on the field play as a team. Fast enough to play man coverage. Can go toe to toe with most receivers. Tackles well. He is sharp, and that makes him very coachable. Fits the bill, great quality pick, and fills a soft spot on the roster. They should have no qualms here, run to the podium and get your man.

Jim Nox: Isaias Douglass - FS

Not afraid to lead. The ultimate team player. No point in getting to the ball carrier if you cannot take him down. This kid tackles well. That is something teams are looking at. His strength is a good platform for him, surely a reason teams like him this high. He fills a need for them. They will be happy to get him.

Jim Nox: David Dominquez - LB
Every team values leadership, someone to lead by example, this is the guy. Raised to know the value of teamwork. Hits ballcarriers low, taking no chances. Coaches like his strength. I do too. It will benefit him greatly on the field. Fans might not be on board with what can be framed as a need pick. But trust me once they see this kid play, they will be more than happy.

Pick 8: Houston RoughRiders
Larry Moore: Craig May - TE
His leadership is through the roof. He is on the frontline, always. Very coachable. That is an important trait for a guy you want to draft this early. Nothing to think about here. Pick up the kid, bring him into the building, put him om the field.

Jim Nox: Craig May - TE
Teammates gravitate toward him, they follow his lead. Coaches love that about him. Coaches like his instincts. They will be happy to get him, they could use an upgrade at the position, and he certainly fits the bill. A franchise caliber player. Just what they have been looking for.

Jim Nox: Mike Stinnett - LB
Knows what it takes to achieve success at any level. He is driven by the love of the sport. Known among his teammates as a bit of a goofball, but never in a bad way. The kind that keeps spirits high even when a season goes south. Is fast enough to get sacks. Is fast enough to contain outside runs. Those are the players you look for at Defensive End. They would be crazy not to take him here. A great fit, both in terms of what they need and the quality of player they get. This will put a smile on many faces.

Pick 10: New Orleans Reapers
Larry Moore: Kenneth Reese - T
This kid is not afraid to work hard. Respected for his good behavior on the field. Nice blocking skills on run plays. He will contribute to the running game. Coaches like his instincts. Take the blue-chip player. Do not worry about sexier picks. He fits what you need and the quality is there.

Jim Nox: Albert Edge - G
This kid is not afraid to work hard. Good strength gives him a foundation to build on. Are there other guys worth picking here? Sure, but none of them fit this well with what they need, and he is a solid talent.
