"I really accept this award on behalf of the team and the organization because there is no way I would have accomplished this much without everyone creating a winning environment," Jones said after receiving the award.

Need a leader? He is your guy. Knows what it takes to achieve success at any level. This is a kid who really contributes to the team spirit and the social cohesiveness on the team. Very coachable. That is an important trait for a guy you want to draft this early. Are there other guys worth picking here? Sure, but none of them fit this well with what they need, and he is a solid talent.
